2005
| Founded in 1985, Yılmaz Boru and Simeda, founded in 1986, joined forces in 2005 and established Saytek Metal AŞ.
Saytek Metal started its activities in Istanbul Anatolian Side Organized Industrial Zone (formerly known as Mermerciler Industrial Site), which is still the headquarters of Aydın Boru, with a staff of 7 people, 20 m2 office, 850 m2 stock area with a capacity of 600 tons and an average stock of 150 tons.
As of this year, the distributorship rights of Ulma/Spain, the world’s largest flange manufacturer, which were held by Aydın Boru (Yılmaz Boru), were transferred to Saytek Metal AŞ.
In addition, Saytek Metal has added the welded pipe fittings imported from Europe to its stock program and started to serve its customers.

| It has expanded its stock program with 3000LB and 6000LB forged pipe fittings imported from Europe. |

| Saytek Metal has moved to its own building located in Istanbul Anatolian Side Organized Industrial Zone with 350 m2 office area, 1300 m2 closed stock area and 1500 tons capacity.
Herein, by increasing the average stock to 1000 tons and the number of personnel to 15, it has become able to meet all flange and pipe fitting demands that reach it.

| Saytek Metal has increased its strength in this product group by taking the products of TK Bend Corparation / South Korea, a world brand in welded pipe fittings, into its stock program. |

| Saytek Metal has become the distributor of Pantech Steel Industries / Malaysia, an important brand in the field of welded pipe fittings, in Turkey.
Thus, by optimizing the quality / price balance in this product group, it has significantly increased its competitiveness in the market.

| Saytek Metal has moved to its new building with a capacity of 6000 tons, 850 m2 office area, 2400 m2 closed stock area, 15 meters stock area height and 6000 tons capacity, which is located in Istanbul Anatolian Side Organized Industrial Zone, where it still continues its activities.
In the rack system, which can be stocked up to 10.5 meters high, reach trucks and battery powered forklifts are used in the stock area where the shelves are placed.
It increased its average stock to 4000 tons and the number of personnel to 26. In addition, by providing all the necessary equipment and human resources for quality control, it has become the leading supplier preferred by the most important companies in the sector.
In addition, Rollwell Forge PVT LTD / India, an important brand in the field of flanges, has received the distributorship of the company in Turkey.
Thus, by optimizing the quality / price balance in this product group, it has significantly increased its competitiveness in the market.

| Today Saytek Metal, with 30 years of experience in flanges, welded and forged pipe fittings, 2400 m2 closed stock area, 850 m2 office area, 6000 tons of stocking capacity and 4000 tons of average stock, pre-sales and after-sales customer satisfaction with the importance it attaches to quality, fast and wide range of products, not only Turkey’s largest in its field, but also among the leading companies in Europe in terms of stock and supply.
By obtaining ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015 and ISO 45001-2018 quality certificates this year, the Company has documented its understanding of quality, occupational health and safety and environmental awareness, which it already carries out in all areas of its activities. | Within our company, IQC was developed and Ultrasonic Hardness Measurement device and PMI Master Pro2 Portable Optical Emission Spectrometer were included in the equipment inventory and hardness tests and chemical content analyzes were started to be performed. |

| In order to ensure that the quality controls of the products are carried out at the highest level within the company, the number and variety of equipment was increased and a quality control laboratory was established and commissioned. |

| Low alloy carbon steel material grades (A234WP5, A234WP9, A234WP11, A234WP22 and A234WP91) and low temperature carbon steel grade A420WPL6 were included in the stock program.
Spectacle blind flanges in ASME B16.48 standard, which are used to stop and restore the flow in pipelines, are included in the stock program. The inclusion of this product type in the stock program aims to meet the needs of oil, gas, energy and petrochemical facilities in terms of these materials, which generally require urgent procurement, especially during shutdown periods.
In order to provide the most efficient service to the customer in material procurement processes, the number of personnel in the warehouse, logistics, accounting, quality control, certification, purchasing, sales, marketing and import departments was increased to 45. In this way, it is ensured that all units with and without a relationship with customers serve customers faster and more effectively.
